Maccom secured the contract to manufacture a high quality sales and marketing suite for Glenkerrin Homes of Dublin.

Project: ‘The Grange’ Housing Development, Stillorgan, Ireland

Client: Glenkerrin Homes, Dublin.

Requirement: A Sales and Marketing Suite that reflected the superb quality of the upmarket housing development by Glenkerrin Homes.

Our Solution: We designed and manufactured off-site a 481m2 steel-framed modular sales and marketing suite that would be in keeping with the housing development described as “one of the best addresses in Dublin has to offer, and one that brings a sense of international contemporary city style to Ireland.”

In addition, the suite had to be easily relocatable for marketing activities on other sites.

Among the many unique features is a glass façade, part of a spectacular reception area. The suite features a complex design that includes sales offices and two exact replicas of the deluxe three-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.

We also incorporated under-floor central heating, air-conditioning, marble floors and provided full landscaping. We worked closely with the client and other suppliers including De Luxe Interiors.
